Kayak Pt.

Anita really missed the trampoline..... This might do the trick. I think it is even adds a little bit of risk which makes it all the more fun! Make sure to see the videos!!

Kayak Pt.

Bryce just loves all the sports stuff. Wonder where he gets that???
How often do you get to throw a ball on the beach??? Not much in AZ!

Thank goodness for the cute hut! It cut down on the wind factor despite the many gaps!!

Bryce was EXHAUSTED, but lets just say that he wasn't too crazy about the height!

Kayak Pt.

Bryce just loved to watch the boats being loaded and unloaded! Certainly not something you get to see in Arizona!

Kayahni was so cute! I just couldn't resist the pic!

Anita, Tyler and Lisa!

Kayak Pt.

Lunch first!

The kids were checking out the fish!

Crabbing!!!

Watching the crabs being returned to the water. They can only keep certain kinds!

We went to Kayak pt with Lisa! It was very pretty even though a bit nippy!

View from a geocache!

We left Eugene and drove to Seatac airport to pick up Jason! Below is beautiful Mt. Rainier!!

This is at our hotel in Eugene, Oregon! This was our longest day..... at 10 hrs! Lets just say that we learned our lesson on the trip home and split it up a bit! We had the river next to us with a walking path! Very beautiful!

YEAH!!! Nap time!!

I'm not sure why Bryce is licking his foot....... I know he got plenty to eat and drink!

Shasta (northern California)

This is Shasta Lake..... only a small fraction as it is quite large!

Mt. Shasta

This is probably the most beautiful drive!

Okay, so after we left Tucson on July 5th, we went 7hrs to Jon, Lauren and baby Logan's house. It went well and the kids behaved pretty well.

We left the next day and drove 8 hrs to Steve and Lesa Browns. In case you don't know, they are the caretakers for Warren and Sue. They live on the Mountain Ranch Convention grounds in Northern California. Lesa used to watch Andrew and Tyler for me while I worked! The drive did get to be a little long since the kids were so anxious to arrive! The drive was very beautiful once we started climbing the mountains. I did learn a very valuable lesson during this stretch! DO NOT ever stop if the children are sleeping..... not EVEN for starbucks! They woke up after a short nap and wanted Starbucks! So keep driving if anyone is sleeping!

Here are a few pics of the grounds! (Yes it was HOT)

The house to the left is where Steve and Lesa live. It is decorated very cute! Take note of the covered porch because this will come up later!

So.... the children are feeding the chickens and all looks pretty calm...

until Tyler decides to chase them and throw the food at them.
There are two houses in this pic. They are for the workers.

Kayahni and Lesa are looking at a chicken that was being attacked by the others. :)

They couldn't go by the horses without offering them carrots! They are spoiled and do not get worked with much so they will probably get rid of them eventually.
500+ acres.... so much to do and so little time! Of course, they had to try and cram it all in!

In the womens sleeping quarters there is a trampoline, basketball hoop, roller blades and hockey stuff.
They were kind enough to give tractor rides!!

Tyler rollerblading while Steve is fixing some plumbing. Lets just say that it didn't get done until we left because the kids needed him to drive the tractors!

This is the huge lawn mower!! I think if we had this machine we wouldn't have ANY problems getting the lawn mowed!

Andrew pretending to ride the quad.

One building even had a racketball etc. room! Bryce kept asking to go to the big window! We finally figured out that this was what he wanted.
